Michigan Ross Partner Named Best Talent Management Program In the Gulf Region
A program developed by Michigan Ross in collaboration with corporate partner Saudi Telecom Company (STC) was recently named the Best Talent Management Program in the Arabian Gulf Region by the Arabian Society for Human Resource Management.
The award recognizes the High Potential Leadership Program that Ross co-created with STC after analyzing assessment data and interviewing STC executives to identify what capabilities will be required of future general managers.
The program, designed to be a multi-year learning journey, applies a variety of approaches, including coaching, experiential education, and exposure to outside companies and speakers as well as action-based learning projects.
It’s just the latest accolade to showcase the incredible global impact of Michigan Ross Executive Education programs.
Earlier this year in the Financial Times ranking global executive education providers, Michigan Ross rose to the No. 5 spot, joining Stanford as the only U.S. schools in the top 5. That ranking is a combination of the school’s performance in open enrollment and customized programs, such as the one conducted with STC.
Moreover, the recent award and the jump in rankings by Michigan Ross follows the announcement of the Executive Education team winning the 2019 EFMD Excellence in Practice Silver Award in talent development for its ongoing custom corporate learning program with Oracle.
