The popular Business Beyond Usual podcast from Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA students wrapped up its third year of episodes this month with a season finale featuring a thoughtful discussion with outgoing MBA Council President Kashay Sanders, MBA ‘19.

In the final episode of the season, podcast hosts and recent Ross graduates Sheela Lal and Marjace Miles talk with Sanders about her journey to Ross, the impact her MBA education has left on her personal and professional life, and the legacy she hopes they can all leave behind as they start their careers.
