Gathering at Michigan Ross This Week: 25 Entrepreneurs Managing $1.2 Billion in Annual Revenue

Share

The Founders and CEOs of 25 high-performing companies are visiting Michigan Ross this week for an intense, five-day professional development program. Together, the entrepreneurs manage companies with more than $1.2 Billion in annual revenue, have achieved a 223% average 3-year growth rate, and currently employ more than 5,000 people.

And this week at Michigan Ross, they’ll take part in a program designed to give them the insight, the learnings, the network, and the collaborative experiences they need to get themselves and their companies to the next level. The program, QuantumShift, is organized by the Zell Lurie Institute, Michigan Ross Executive Education, and KPMG LLP’s Private Markets Group.

This is the fourth year for the program, which has seen more than a hundred company CEOs complete the coursework and become part of the QuantumShift Fellows Network, an exclusive peer-to-peer network focused on continued growth and mentorship.

Visiting CEOs and Founders include:

  • Rushika Fernandopulle, CEO of Iora Health, a VC-backed healthcare company that’s using team-based care, new payment systems, and people-focused technology to put relationships and humanity back into the world of primary care.
  • Staci Redmon, CEO of Strategy and Management Services, Inc., a lifecycle technology solutions provider that delivers big ideas, innovation, and digital transformation solutions that maximize technology and amplify success for their clients.
  • David Nelsen, CEO and Founder of Bumped, a loyalty app on a mission to build lasting 1:1 relationships between customers and the brands they love — by giving users free fractional shares of stock as a reward for their spend.
  • Tore Steen, Co-Founder and CEO of CrowdStreet, an online crowdfunding platform for commercial real estate investments.

Other founders also represent companies operating in dynamic, high-growth sectors of the economy, including energy, life sciences, technology, and media.
