Michigan Ross Professors Serve Up A Sample of Expertise During Feast of Ideas Event


The University of Michigan will bring the classroom to the Ann Arbor community during this spring’s Feast of Ideas.

The event will take place on Thursday, April 6, at 14 different locations throughout Ann Arbor. As part of the UMich200 Spring Festivals, Feast of Ideas will feature U-M faculty and librarians from across disciplines sharing their expertise at various Ann Arbor restaurants, galleries, and shops.

Two of Michigan Ross’ very own will be participating. Scott Rick will present “Emotion and Consumer Financial Decision-Making” at 6:00 p.m. at The Blue Nile (221 E. Washington St.), and Tom Lyon will present “Using Your Purchasing Power to Support Green Companies and Products” at 7:00 p.m. at The Himalayan Bazaar (218 S. Main St.).
