In a new profile out from the Financial Times this week, Michigan Ross Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs Lynn Wooten, opens up about home life, her thoughts on gender dynamics in business, and the two best phone apps you need to help organize your life.

The profile includes a wide-ranging discussion with the London-based news organization that also focused on Wooten’s work leading the charge to redesign the Ross Bachelor of Business Administration curriculum. It’s a move that has already been making waves in Poets & Quants, and gaining favor among Ross undergrads.

“I plan to partner with key stakeholders to create curriculum experiences that shape the next generation of leaders to find their purpose and passion, manage with integrity and think with a global mindset,” Wooten says in the piece.
