57 credit hours
27 credits: Core curriculum (coursework in the fundamental areas of business)
18 credits: Electives
9 credits: Three in-person residencies on leadership, innovation, and transformation
3 credits: Action-based learning project (MAP)
The Online format is self paced but was designed to be completed in three years. It is possible to accelerate or slow down the pace to fit your schedule and timeline. It would be very unlikely you could finish in less than two and a half years.
The curriculum consists of 57 credits and includes self-guided modules, live class sessions, and in-person leadership development residences.
SELF-GUIDED LEARNING MODULES
Short instructional videos identify and explain key concepts. Students can work at their own pace on these modules, as long as they have completed certain designated modules in time for the synchronous learning event.
REAL-TIME CLASS SESSIONS
Live online events with faculty and students for case discussions, group work, and presentations. A typical 2.25-credit course has four of these synchronous events.
Three on-campus residencies, covering the topics of business innovation, business transformation, and business leadership, are required of all program participants. Residencies are three credits each.
