The Master of Management curriculum consists of 14 courses for a total of 30.75 credit hours completed over 10 months.

An intensive summer term kicks off the program in June.* Students complete three core courses that are critical for business success and provide foundational knowledge for elective courses. An extensive series of in-depth, hands-on workshops with the Career Development Office gets students prepared for the recruiting season.

During the fall and winter terms, students deepen their business knowledge through additional core courses, and customize their educational experience with electives. Students also have the opportunity to experience our Global Practicum Course, which includes fieldwork abroad (travel location subject to change each year.)

Students admitted to the Master of Management Program will be required to engage in pre-work activities before the official start of the program. Activities include career-interest assessments, career-exploratory endeavors, a quantitative skills assessment, and business case-reading tasks.


All students will participate in a series of intense bootcamps (or workshops) at the beginning of the program to better prepare them to be successful in the rigorous academics that make up the MM Program. Bootcamps will focus on quantitative skills, statistics skills, and business communications.

MM students participate in two Sanger Leadership Center seminars that foster understanding of leadership, ethics, teamwork and how to make a positive difference in today’s complex and dynamic world. BA 453: Capstone MAP — Capstone MAP partners a team of students together with an organization to provide recommendations to address a real opportunity or challenge that the organization faces.
