Managing Director, Custom Programs
Terry Margolis is managing director for custom executive education at Michigan Ross. She has more than 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience and more than 10 years’ experience as an executive coach. She has worked as a consultant for global corporations in a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, and consumer goods, specializing in leadership development and organizational change initiatives.
Prior to joining Michigan Ross, Terry served in a variety of leadership roles at Wayne State University, including associate vice president for development and alumni affairs, director of executive and professional development, and director of educational outreach.
Terry has served on the boards of a variety of nonprofit, professional, and civic organizations, including terms as chair of the Conference on Management Executive Development and the board of the Michigan Diversity Council. In addition, she was elected to the Novi City Council for two four-year terms and currently serves on the Board of Impact 100 Oakland County.
Terry received her MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan and her BS in organizational psychology from Wayne State University. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, and when not traveling is researching and planning vacations for a group of friends that often travel together.
