Rachel joined Ross Executives Education as a Program Assistant in 2019. She works with Program Managers and Managing Directors to ensure that multiple custom programs and open-enrollment programs are delivered successfully. She coordinates the logistical details of Executive Education programs/events and provides on-site support to faculty and clients. She also manages various program-related online survey and evaluation reports to guide program improvement and facilitate decision making.
Before joining Executive Education, Rachel previously worked for PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a junior auditor. She has also been volunteering for Chinese School, K-12 school and Volleyball team diligently. Those activities allow her to gain extensive experience in interpersonal communication and event organization/planning.
Rachel obtained a Bachelor degree in Accounting at National Chengchi University, a Master degree in International Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master degree in Management of Information System at the University of Maryland. Rachel has a 16-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. She enjoys home remodeling with her husband in her spare time, cheering for her daughter’s volleyball tournaments, playing board games with her son, and walking her 6-year-old red toy poodle, Waffle.
