Rachel joined Ross Executives Education as a Program Assistant in 2019. She works with Program Managers and Managing Directors to ensure that multiple custom programs and open enrollment programs are delivered successfully. She coordinates the logistical details of Executive Education programs/events and provides on-site support to faculty and clients. She also manages various program-related online survey and evaluation reports to guide program improvement and facilitate decision making.
Before joining Executive Education, Rachel previously worked for PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a junior auditor. She has also been volunteering for Chinese School, K-12 school and Volleyball team diligently. Those activities allow her to gain extensive experience in interpersonal communication and event organization/planning.
Rachel obtained a Bachelor degree in Accounting at National Chengchi University, a Master degree in International Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master degree in Management of Information System at the University of Maryland. Rachel has a 16-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. She enjoys home remodeling with her husband in her spare time, cheering for her daughter’s volleyball tournaments, playing board games with her son, and walking her 6-year-old red toy poodle, Waffle.
