He coaches CEOs and high achievers from organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses and universities. He has delivered hundreds of surefire keynotes and workshops nationwide, earning top ratings for substance and style.
Mike is a Master Coach in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, and co-facilitates the certification workshops for this evidence-based approach.
Mike honed his leadership and coaching skills throughout his 28 years in management roles with The Andersons, a $5 billion business, before launching his consulting company in 2008. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has numerous professional certifications. At The Fortune 500 level, Mike has coached three C-level leaders and two Vice Presidents, plus mid-level level leaders and high achievers. He’s currently coaching a Fortune 500 COO and CFO.
