Career Background
Darren brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience from a variety of industries to his work as an executive coach. He has helped business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives lead more effectively by empowering them to be dynamic communicators with increased productivity, improved work-life balance, and the ability to influence others, build high-energy relationships, and lead engaged, high-performing teams.
Prior to becoming a coach, Darren was climbing the corporate ladder, starting as an entry-level supervisor and rising to his most recent role as executive vice president managing a $3.4B business unit in pharmaceutical distribution. Darren is also experienced in the hospitality, transportation, supply chain, and retail industries. His commitment to leading and developing those around him, along with implementing a culture of continuous improvement and associate engagement has resulted in high-performing teams, increased customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, while consistently reducing expenses and putting more profit on the bottom line.
As demonstrated in his corporate career, Darren’s passion is helping others in their growth and development. He has worked with individuals ranging from corporate executives to small/mid-size business owners to startups and graduate students.
