Junior Year fall: ross Integrative Semester
In this unified semester, unique to Michigan Ross, you explore the connections between different business disciplines by studying one set of cases in all four classes, from multiple points of view.
This integrated course focuses on the nature of general management: management of the entire business rather than any particular functional area (accounting, finance, marketing, production, etc.). Taught by the case method, from the perspective of a general manager, this course provides a structure for integrating analytic concepts and techniques. You will experience a wide variety of strategic and organizational problems in businesses of all sizes.
You’ll complete your Michigan Ross education senior year with with a Capstone Experience, which can take one of three forms.

- A professional development course focused specifically on preparing your for a particular career.
- A research project, especially useful if you plan to continue on to graduate school.
Pursue your own business interests with dozens of Ross electives to choose from -- things like Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Entrepreneurial Business Basics, Advanced Business French, Real Estate Finance and Fundamentals, and many others.
If you have a strong academic interest in addition to business, as a Ross BBA you may be able to pursue a second bachelor’s degree or a minor in another subject. It can be a great way to further round out your education, broaden your outlook, and open up additional career options.
