Michigan Ross Reunion FAQs

When is Ross Reunion?

Currently Ross Reunion falls during University of Michigan Homecoming Weekend. For the next year this will be October 23rd and 24th, 2020.

What are the official Ross Milestone Reunion Years?

Ross recognizes all degree holding students who are celebrating their 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 year Reunions as our Milestone Reunion Years.

What does it mean to be a Ross Milestone Reunion Year?

Milestone Reunion Years are invited to attend a special event celebrating all Milestone Classes the Friday evening of Homecoming Weekend hosted by Ross. Full-time MBA and BBA Milestone Years are also able to receive support from a staff member to help their class with planning off-site reunion events.

What is an off-site reunion event?

Off-site reunion events are opportunities for class years to reconnect with each other.  Milestone Class events are planned and run by alumni volunteers, which includes planning, managing payment (if applicable), managing RSVPs, and executing the off-site celebrations.

What help does Ross provide for our Milestone Reunion Classes planning events?

We provide a staff contact to serve as an on-site expert in Ann Arbor venues, hotels, and to provide insight into what has been successful and what has been difficult for prior Milestone Class Events. We will help to secure Milestone Reunion Class Leadership and assist the Class Leaders to form a larger committee if needed. We will also provide and support a class communication schedule to ensure that classmates are kept up to date on Reunion events.

What if it isn’t my Milestone Reunion Year?

Ross hosts the Ross Homecoming Tailgate the Saturday of Homecoming Weekend, and all alumni are welcome to attend that event regardless of graduation year. The Tailgate is hosted at Ross starting two and a half hours before kickoff of the Homecoming Football game. Admission includes drinks, a full buffet spread, a kids zone with activities, class photos, a DJ, and more! More information on timing and registration instructions will be shared with all alumni as we get closer to the event.
