Work with a company sponsor and a team of peers to find a creative solution to a critical organizational challenge. Think of MAP as a mini-consulting project, guided by a faculty advisor. Like any consultant, your team’s task will be to direct the pace and activities of the project at hand, and deliver a final analysis and recommendation.

Maybe you’ll help a new startup survive by modeling its supply chain. Or you could plan a company’s entry into a new country. Perhaps you’ll improve a nonprofit’s fundraising strategy.
The possibilities are endless, but one thing’s for sure:
No matter what you do, you’ll make an impact.
Prerequisites: Applied Business Statistics, Financial Accounting, Microeconomics, Financial Management
Communication with project sponsors will take place primarily online. An on-site visit to the sponsoring organization may be required for some students; this visit will last no longer than one week. Note, however, that not all projects require taking time to make on-site visits. Final project presentation will be delivered remotely.
“The MAP experience helped me to appreciate leveraging the diverse strengths of my teammates and understanding my own role within a team. It truly was a culmination of the lessons learned from the first two semesters, and applying them in a corporate setting was extremely rewarding. MAP was the highlight of my Ross MBA experience, and I am a more well-rounded leader because of it.”
