Executive Education in India

Michigan Ross is dedicated to working with executives and companies in India to help them succeed as leaders on a global platform.

In addition to our long history of executive education in India, Ross also sponsors two annual business conferences, one in Ann Arbor and one in India, that bring together academics, practitioners, and government officials.

Michigan Ross has a 19-year history of bringing faculty knowledge to Indian companies through Executive Education. A particularly popular open enrollment program is the Global Program for Management Development, which prepares senior executives to excel. It focuses on general management, leadership development, strategic HR management, and functional expertise.

More than 550 leaders have participated from more than 70 companies, including GE, Hewlett-Packard, Taj Palace Hotel, and the State Bank of India. Ross programs were also the first to target Indian CEOs.

Ross also works on comprehensive, long-term customized programs with companies and developed the Mahindra Global Program for Management Development, the TATA Group Executive Leadership Seminar, the TVS Logistics Leadership Excellence Program, and programs for the Raymond Group, Larsen & Toubro, and ICICI Bank.

Open programs for 2015-2016 will cover strategies for achieving growth and market share by managing regional and global brands and strategic human resource management.
