Supply Chain Management Colloquium --- This course provides an overview of key issues and management tools in the context of supply chain management. The course consists of ten 3-6 modules dealing with various topics in operations and supply chain, such as lean operations, six sigma, new product development, digital value chain, logistics. Each topic will be taught by domain experts at Ross and engineering schools. New MSCM students will learn how all these aspects of operations interconnect to create values and how the can be applied to improve the firm's performance.
