Supply Chain Consulting Studio --- This course provides an opportunity for MSCM students to apply their knowledge in operations, data analytics and supply chain management to capstone projects. Students will address a major operations or supply chain problem in a company through a 14-week action learning project. In addition, students will several times during the semester for lectures and case discussion on relevant topics and solution tools. The course is taught in cooperation with partnering companies (e.q., Cisco, VW, General Mills, etc), and students will visit project sites for data collection and mid-project/final presentation. Students will be taught and monitored by Ross faculty and participating company executives on how to approach problem solving in supply chain projects and on recent developments.
