Leading the Responsible Corporation --- This course draws on the latest research to provide an updated understanding of the corporation and its responsibilities, and a set of tools to help you lead responsibly during turbulent times. We will explore the tectonic shifts in corporate ownership, supply chains, employment, and management in the past decade that are re-shaping the future of the corporation. We will share tools for understanding the corporation's stakeholders -- investors, employees, suppliers, customers, and the broader public -- and how to use the corporation's assets to help achieve humanity's highest aspirations without bringing on the wrath of activist hedge funds. We will unpack the proliferating ESG metrics to be able to negotiate them most effectively. And you will have a head start on leading a social innovation within your own organization.
