Business Transformation Residency --- Improving an existing enterprise is a ubiquitous management challenge. This hands-on exercise gives students the opportunity to systematically evaluate a business, identify areas of leverage, and develop strategies for better executing on a mission. Offered in partnership with the Tauber Institute and the Center for Positive Organizations, students learn the systems assessment techniques and positive organizational tools to create meaningful, lasting growth and change.
