Prior to Ross, I worked at EY Strategy and Transaction department in Beijing. I had a chance to work with cross-functional teams and multinational advisors to provide financial advisory services to State-owned companies in China and large PE firms. I love my prior work because I helped client solving real word problem and made big impact. However, I wanted to look at different industry from broader view and develop my strategic-thinking skills. That’s why I decided to pursue an MBA. During my application process, I find that Ross is a good fit because I love Ross's action-based learning approach and the supportive culture. It’s way more beyond a slogan but I can feel the collaborative vibe every day.
