I am passionate about applying leadership and analytical skills to solve challenging problems. In the military, I led a battalion of 600 soldiers as one of 30 army officers. In college, I managed 70 consultants through 12 experiential learning projects. As a tax consultant, I implemented technology solutions to help tax organizations streamline processes. Furthermore, as a human capital consultant, I have designed inclusion programs and delivered analytics to drive the adoption of new systems. At Ross, I will advance my leadership skills, elevate my analytical acumen, and develop a rich network to optimally prepare myself to achieve my career goals. In addition to Ross’ unique programming, I decided to attend Ross because I was excited about the prospects of surrounding myself with high-performing individuals from a myriad of backgrounds and perspectives in Ross’ high impact + low ego culture. The Ross community was, hands down, a clear differentiator in my decision process. Throughout the admissions process, I received immense support from Ross students and alumni. Everyone’s investment in my Ross journey and willingness to go above and beyond spoke volumes about Ross’ incredibly genuine, collaborative, and supportive culture. I chose Ross because I firmly believe that it would offer me a robust platform to connect across cultural communities, discover common ground, bring my authentic self, and support my peers.
