Before coming to Ross, I worked in the chemical manufacturing industry for W.L. Gore in Delaware/Maryland where I contributed in roles as an industrial engineer and digital transformation program manager. I saw an MBA as an opportunity to make the jump from operations and project management to the strategic business leadership side of the industry; My recruiting focus is on general management leadership development programs and internal strategy roles. The collaborative student body, incredibly supportive alumni network, and breadth of on-campus recruiting options are only a few of the reasons why I chose Ross and the list keeps getting longer by the day.
