Having gone to Michigan for my undergraduate education and having had the opportunity to interact with Ross faculty and former students, I knew I wanted to pursue the MAcc at Ross. The collaborative environment that's fostered through the Ross experience is extremely important in allowing a smooth transition into real world and in developing a well-rounded mindset. The Ross background grants its students access to not only some of the best faculty and fellow students, but also the best employers. I knew that by pursuing a degree with Ross that I would have a wide array of options to make the transition out of the MAcc program and into the first steps in building my career.
I received an offer following my internship so my recruiting experience was fairly limited while at Ross. However, I would highly recommend attending as many events as you can and making a connection with people at various companies - it goes a long way having them remember your name and face come interview time.
