I am a marketer at heart, passionate about bringing ideas and people together to generate positive changes, which made Ross a no-brainer choice for me. I started my career at A.T. Kearney and helped global organizations overcome their marketing challenges to build stronger brands. Currently, I work at FCA in its Marketing division, and have handled an interesting mix of roles ranging from CRM Strategy and Data Management to Auto Shows and Dealer Sales Training. As I progress to manage larger teams and high-stakes projects, Ross will help me develop leadership skills and navigate through complexity in my field.
