Hi, I'm Scott Schenkelberg and I am a current Online MBA at Ross School of Business. I am a native of Nebraska and received my Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017. After graduating, I joined Emerson in a leadership rotational program and spent time working in Atlanta, Georgia and Shanghai, China in a variety of roles ranging including Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management. I relocated to St. Louis, Missouri where I am continuing my career with Emerson working in Operations. In addition to my role in Operations, I also am the Global Chair for our LGBTQ + Allies Employee Resource Group. I plan to pursue a General Management or Operations-focused position after graduation. I am an avid traveler and have been fortunate enough to have visited over 60 countries and all 7 continents, spending New Year's on Antarctica! In my free time, I love to be outdoors, research my family history, and continue to perfect my bread-making abilities - a COVID-learned skill.
