Hey everyone, Go Blue! Hailing from Chicago, I enjoy bringing both a creative and an analytical perspective as a Master of Accounting student and a Graduate Student Staff Assistant at the Ross School of Business. In addition to loving my accounting studies here at Ross, I have spent the last nine years studying classical voice and musical theatre. My performance background has helped bring a unique element to my Ross experience as both a BBA graduate and a current MAcc student. It has taught me how to work well with group projects that are one of the essential components of Ross's action-based learning curriculum, as well as brought me poise when participating in experiences like the Sanger Leadership Center's Impact Challenge! Ross had provided me so many opportunities to grow professionally, from getting leadership experience as a BBA Ambassador for the Ross Undergraduate Admissions Office, to receiving and giving career coaching advice as a Peer Coach in the Ross Career Development Office. These professional growth experiences allowed me the opportunity to have a wonderful summer internship in the Risk Consulting practice at KPMG, where I will be returning as a full-time Associate in Summer 2019. One of the best parts about being a graduate student at the University of Michigan is the ability to meet and connect with other stduents across a diverse spectrum of fields, which has truly been facilitated for me by being a part of the Munger Graduate Residence's transdisciplinary living and learning community. Throughout Ross's Master of Accounting program, I look forward to diving deeper into my accounting emphasis, broadening my network with fellow students, and preparing to sit for the CPA exam. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about the MAcc program of the greater Michigan Ross experience!
