After spending the first four and a half years of my career at a venture capital and on its early stage startups, I realized how much impact I could generate by helping entrepreneurs building their businesses. After that, I transitioned to an operational role at Uber in Sao Paulo with the goal of learning more about how scaled and more structured businesses operates. Working side-by-side with a top-notch team to change how people move in Brazil made me learn exponentially. This crave for innovation drove me towards the MBA at Ross. I want to leverage my learnings at the Business School to help a venture capital fund enable new ventures to scale.
