Having worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for 5 years, I wished to pivot but was not sure of the exact direction. Hence I chose Ross as I knew I would have the opportunity to recruit for multiple industries and functions in the location of my choice. I also wished to live in a college town as opposed to a big city as it helps to form bond with my classmates. Ross ticked all the boxes.
