Prior to Ross, I worked in talent acquisition for a consulting firm in New York. My favorite part of my role was helping guide people through a pivotal part of their career journey. I decided to pursue my MBA to pivot out of recruiting and into human resource management more broadly. An MBA was a natural next step because to help a company thrive internally, I needed to have a better sense of how businesses run and what decisions they face. Ross stood out because of their action based learning and wealth of resources. Not to mention it was the place that energized me the most after finishing up conversations with alums, faculty and fellow MBA students. I received my Bachelors at Davidson College in North Carolina but am originally from New York. I am so excited to be in Ann Arbor and look forward to sharing my experiences with you. Go Blue!
