Class of 2022

When I seriously started considering doing an MBA in the US, I thought the chances for me to get into a business school like Ross were very low. Well, I was wrong! I just needed to better understand the dynamics around the MBA and define my strategy to get exactly where I wanted to be. I am originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and prior to Ross, I worked in the automotive industry in different countries of Latin America for ten years. I started my career in Supply Chain roles, where I worked for five years and I managed to grow. Then I had the opportunity of being Chief of Staff for the CEO of General Motors for seven countries of South America, and thanks to that role I realized I was passionate about solving complex business problems. After that, I decided to move to Sales Operations so I could learn more about the commercial side of businesses. I found out Ross was a great fit for me after I personally visited campus in Ann Arbor and spoke to student ambassadors who were very helpful during my application and recruiting processes. After Ross, I want to transition my career into the Tech industry, so most of my involvement at school points in that direction. I am part of the leadership of the Ross Tech Club and the Latin American Business Student Association. In my free time in Ann Arbor I love cycling to Dexter. Go Blue!
