I have been able to make social impact throughout my career - whether it was mentoring diverse team members or implementing new sustainability initiatives. After working in the retail and luxury goods industry for six years, I came to a point where I felt like I needed to strengthen my leadership and influential skills outside of the corporate day-to-day realm. I wanted to learn these skills in a new environment. The experiential learning culture at Ross completely resonated with me. Having an undergrad business degree from the University of Notre Dame, I knew I wanted to take advantage of as much experiential learning and out-of-classroom activities as I could. Ross has so many amazing hands-on opportunities including the leadership crisis challenge and ZLI programs for entrepreneurial learning! The support and opportunities at Ross are astonishing, and I would love to share the amazing things that happen here with any future Rosser.
