Coming from an electrical engineering background, I try to solve problems through a technical lens but problems can also be solved with business solutions. I did not have a business background from undergrad and I felt the MBA would supplement my engineering background to allow me to become a more well rounded student and employee. Personal growth is important to me. The MBA was the next step I needed to take as I gained more experience within the engineering discipline. I am really passionate about seeing more underrepresented minority students attend business school and learn the skills needed to become future business leaders. I want to use my experience at Ross as an inspiration for underrepresented minorities as they pursue their MBA.
