I work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, and am passionate about using data to improve health outcomes. As a Customer Success Manager at 1upHealth, a start-up based in Boston, I help federally funded health plans standardize their data for members to view and to complete population level analytics. Prior to 1upHealth, I was a Senior Analytics Consultant at IBM Watson Health, where I focused on improving employer sponsored health benefits.
I chose Ross because of the action based learning and flexibility of the weekend program. I knew that I wanted to continue developing industry expertise, while also developing new skills. The design of the program has made both of the goals obtainable and truly provided the opportunity to apply classroom concepts in real time. I’ve also had the opportunity to join the marketing committee which has taken me outside of my comfort zone and allowed for collaboration with classmates beyond the classroom.
