Prior to Ross, I spent five years with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, the organization representing the workforce development agencies in all 50 US states and four territories. There I supported the workforce needs of business from the public sector side and managed a Gates Foundation initiative that is bringing analytics and machine learning to government so public entities have the business intelligence to make better funding decisions.

I chose business school to build on my analytic and leadership skills and to leverage my knowledge of the public sector to impact organizations across sectors. I chose Ross because of the welcoming community and forward-thinking peers.

In my free time you can find me taking my dog, Romeo, to the park, playing guitar or basketball, or exploring local and national parks.
