Class of 2022

Prior to Ross, I had a career in academic research where I studied genetics and genome instability as it relates to cancer. My experience showed me the importance of fundamental academic studies to better understand the molecular mechanisms of diseases such as cancer, but over time I developed a greater interest in the process of applying these scientific findings to produce viable therapies that have the potential to be delivered to market and made available to patients. I decided to pursue my degree at Ross for its unique action based learning experiences and the breadth of opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration both within Ross and across the greater UM community. Outside of class, I enjoy running through Ann Arbor's nature areas, trying out new coffee shops, and adjusting to the seasons.
