I have spent the first stage of my career as a consulting engineer delivering building systems for projects in the higher education market. In my current role with a national design firm, I am striving to leverage the opportunity ahead of me to advance our business of design and construction with strategic business initiatives and value-driven leadership. To go from process and project leadership to positive business leadership, I knew I needed to acquire organizational business knowledge and strategic leadership skills through a rigorous MBA program.
