I came to Ross after spending 5 years in education: first as a teacher with Teach For America and then as a product manager at an education technology company. Along the way, I became interested in growing and scaling effective organizations with a particular focus on leveraging an organization's human capital. At Ross, my goal is gaining a better understanding of how business leaders make decisions so I can better advocate for human capital priorities to management teams. As an LGBTQ professional, I've also worked in the past with LGBTQ groups and am passionate about building a thriving, supportive, and fun LGBTQ community at Ross. In my downtime, I enjoy the Real Housewives series, tacos and margaritas, and overpriced, boutique fitness classes.
