I am a former professional actress turned sales executive turned brand manager. Prior to Ross, I acted professionally throughout New York and Chicago and leveraged the skills I built as an actor to pivot into a sales role at Groupon. After reaching the highest level of sales that Groupon offered, I reflected on where my career had taken me, thus far, and where I wanted my career to go. I realized that while I loved the entrepreneurial and analytical skills I exercised in sales, I missed the creativity and story telling that I used in my acting career.The perfect combination of those passions was a career in brand management.I decided to go to business school in order to successfully pivot into this new career and chose Ross because of the action-based learning initiatives it offered. This past summer I interned at Kraft Heinz in a brand management role and am excited to help MBA1s recruit within marketing through my roles as a marketing peer coach and Michigan Marketing Club co-president.
