Prior to Ross, I worked in education, first as an 8th grade science teacher, then as a school administrator. I loved this mission-driven work, but was craving more of an analytical and business framework to tackle and address systemic issues in education. During this time, I was also working part-time for a craft cider company learning about sales and marketing. I am pursuing my MBA to bridge my passion for social impact with a business mindset, deepening the impact the education industry can have. At Ross, I'm consistently surrounded by an intellectual and diverse group of students that push my thinking. Here at Ross, I can go rock climbing in the morning then learn about the nuances of social impact investing in the afternoon. The people at Ross are the best part as they are intellectually curious, humble, quirky, and most of all, fun-loving!
