One of my inherent drivers is the continuous thirst for new challenges. After a fulfilling experience during my undergraduate years, I wanted to round out my resume by adding management skills to my technical background. Hence, I moved from India's largest power plant to small firms which allowed me to lead teams and improve my management skills very early on. After a few years in such roles, I developed an interest in HR and pursued a degree in human resource management. Fortunately, I received phenomenal opportunities after my graduation and worked across different business units and industries driving large scale projects. Once again, as I developed comfort in most of the HR domains, I felt the need to broaden my horizons and expand my knowledge of other aspects of business processes. This calling brought me to Ross, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. I will continue to challenge myself post-MBA and keep learning to broaden my skills even further while developing an understanding of different sectors and functions.
