After graduating college, I worked in audit at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. While I loved the job and coworkers, I struggled to find opportunities to develop further working on consistently repetitive projects. I chose to pursue my MBA because I viewed it as a pressure-cooker for personal growth: two years to try things outside of my comfort zone, seek out new perspectives and learning, and prepare for a meaningful career. All of which I've experienced here at Ross. This program has given me the tools and resources I need to push myself and a community that will always be there to lend a hand if I fail. Having come from California, my friends all thought I was crazy to move to Michigan, but it couldn't have been a better decision! Outside of class, you can find me on the volleyball court (if it's not snowing), on the ski slopes (if it is snowing), or enjoying a San Diego IPA.
