I have always been passionate about applying technology to solve challenging problems and make a better world. Prior to Ross, I first spent six years in management consulting in Tokyo. I learned Japanese from scratch after I moved there upon graduation. As a management consultant, I supported both international firms and domestic Japanese clients on business model and finance transformations by leveraging digital solutions across a variety of industries. During my time at Deloitte Consulting, I grew interested in the technology industry, and therefore moved back to China and worked as a Product Marketing Manager for a leading tech giant for one year. To further develop my leadership and explore opportunities of making impacts, I decided to pursue an MBA degree, and Ross stood out to me with its action-based learning curriculum, strong exposure in the technology industry, and supportive community. Coming to Ross has been the best decision I've ever made! I have been enjoying every moment here in Ann Arbor, learning from best-class professors, and interacting with passionate fellow students.
