After graduating from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, I joined IBM as a Software Engineer and worked in various roles such as Sr. Software Engineer, Advisory Systems Analyst for 9 years for clients such as Sprint, Walmart etc. I then joined Walmart as a Systems Analyst in 2017 and have worked there since. In my current role, I serve as a project lead to develop software for Sam’s Club marketing and promotions projects.
I enjoy playing chess, photography, traveling, running and community work. I emceed more than a dozen cultural events in Northwest Arkansas. I also won AR State Open 2018 chess competition.
I always wanted to pursue an MBA from a top tier business school with world class faculty to gain the necessary business, leadership and managerial skills so that I can start my own business in retail and e-commerce one day. Ross WMBA program was an obvious choice for me as it is structured similar to any full-time MBA, so I can learn and make long lasting friendships with the same cohort filled with the talented future leaders without compromising in my career. MAP along with the other action-based learning, C-Level learning course, Sanger Leadership Activities such as Business+Impact Challenge, Crisis Challenge and Ross Leadership Academy would give me the required expertise and skills in handling and leading the real life Business challenges.
Upon graduation, I hope to transition into a brand management or a Retail Leadership Development Manager role. I enter the Ross campus with the same excitement and energy every weekend despite traveling all the way from Bentonville, AR and I could speak hours with anyone who is interested to learn more about what makes Ross WMBA a great opportunity.
