Ayush Mundra
While working towards my mechanical engineering degree I developed a passion for cars. I also participated and organized several events due to which I was awarded the Best in Leadership Qualities Award. After graduation, I joined Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research to pursue a Masters in Automotive Engineering, where I also took a business course to evaluate new ventures and served as the social chair for the student association. I joined Honda R&D Americas post graduation where I worked in the reliability and durability team and was a part of the Honda Racing Rally team. After a short stint at Honda, I joined Seakeeper where I worked in a multi-functional team to develop gyroscopic boat stabilizers for about four years.
After working in the industry for four years, I wanted to advance my career in business domain and make a bigger impact in the world. I decided to join Ross because of the collaborative culture and focus on leadership development at Ross. I am also a firm believer in learning by doing and I have benefited greatly from Ross' action based learning and really enjoy it. I am also the brand manager for ""Working for the Weekend"" podcast.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have. I am happy to talk about WMBA program, life during PTMBA and the decision to pursue an MBA.
