I was working in passenger and cargo revenue management in Cathay Pacific Airways before I joined the program. After working for 4 years, I felt the need of digging deep into upper stream of global supply chain and looking for better ways to manage risk as well as disruption. Ross has the strongest faculty and the MSCM program is a quant-heavy program, therefore, it's my top choice to be a part of Ross family! I like the professors, most of them are very approachable. Even though sometimes we are "pushed harder" by the professors, we learned a lot when we worked on every assignment, project and exams. It's not easy for international student to get a job offer. Yet, stepping out of comfort zone and trying to network with the people working in the industry, as CDO recommends, are always best ways to kickstart the job hunting process.
