I am passionate about participating in a business that shapes our day-to-day life and makes positive changes. Before Ross, I spent six years in retail and customer goods as an operation professional, where I grew a valuable skill set of problem-solving and leading cross-function collaborations. Also, I enjoyed observing how value is created by global supply chain flows.

As an international student who has never been to the US, I chose Ross not only for the excellent resources in operations and action-based learning experience but, more importantly, for the inclusive and collaborative community. I know I will have supportive peers while stepping out of my comfort zone.

In the summer of 2022, I interned with a consulting firm to establish my strategic thinking skills with hands-on experience. In the full-time recruiting, I and interested in both tech and consulting since I believe both industries will bring considerable impact and value to stakeholders.
