Alisha

Class of 2021

Hometown: Fremont, California

Hello! I am a senior BBA with a Computer Science minor from Fremont, California, with career interests in the consulting and consumer-facing technology industries. I am concentrating in strategy, and some of my favorite classes so far have been Business Innovation and Social Impact (STRAT 445), Marketing Management (MKT 300), and Alien Skies (ASTRO 104).

At Ross, I have been heavily involved with Nexecon Consulting Group as a project manager and an analyst for four different client projects. Over the past two summers, I have held business analyst roles at Amazon in Seattle, WA and ServiceNow in Silicon Valley, CA. I've loved these opportunities to leverage my analytical and creative sides to solve challenging problems, in a variety of industries, and would highly recommend these experiences!

In my free time, you can find me frequenting Ann Arbor cafes, indulging in homemade culinary creations, and listening to Korean pop and R&B music. I'm genuinely so excited that you are interested in Michigan Ross, and hope to serve as a resource during your college search journey!

What do you do in your free time? My creative outlet is food, and when I'm not studying you can always find me baking in the kitchen (recently made cream puffs!). I also love learning new languages, and have recently been self-studying Korean.

Current Involvement: Outreach Ambassador, TA for STRAT 445 (Strategy at the Base of the Pyramid), HackBlue, Nexecon Consulting Group

Past Involvement: Michigan Community Scholars Program, Michigan Undergraduate Consulting Conference Executive Board, Michigan Business Women Planning Committee
