From serving as a product engineer overseeing a contact lens assembly line, managing a helmet safety certification project, running a small boat and auto detailing business, managing customer service for a large supermarket chain to my current career in the automotive industry, I have been fortunate to have been exposed to a variety of different organizations and industries. Since joining with General Motors several years ago, I have transitioned from an interior CAE Engineer, to Design Release Engineering, and am now a Senior Innovation Engineer. I am also currently serving as President of JumpStart, an Employee Resource Group focused on GM's newest talent. Outside of work, I serve on the non-profit board of Leader Foundry as Chair of Strategy. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have about the Ross Weekend MBA program.
