My prior job required the constant engagement of multiple internal and external parties of the company. I enjoyed the collaboration with other internal teams and external company parties as it enabled me to create value for multiple functions and maximize my problem-solving skills. However, I realized that to have a larger impact and influence on a company and society, I needed to broaden my leadership skills. I decided the best way to do this was to get an MBA and if I was to get an MBA, Ross was the way to go due to its collaborative culture and strength in operations related career paths. At Ross, I've been privileged to join the Center for Positive Organizations to understand the mechanics that provide a progressive work atmosphere where innovative ideas and employees can thrive.
