Get Support Along The Way

Ross Career Services – a team of professional career consultants and employer relations staff – has a proven record of helping MBA students find success in multiple economies across multiple industries and multiple functions. They bring the recruiters from the top companies to campus to meet with you, and can also help you conduct an individualized, off-campus job search. They also teach you critical job-search skills like resume writing, interviewing, and networking.

In addition, more than 50 second-year MBA students serve as peer coaches. They know what employers want from an intern, and they will teach you the best practices to land a spot at your desired company. They also become strong members of your professional network after they graduate.

Finally, with more than 46,000 alumni, Ross students have an abundance of connections and expertise to draw from. The collaborative culture at Ross continues long after graduation; our alumni are eager to assist other Ross grads throughout their careers. And as a University of Michigan alum, you also join one of largest and most recognized professional networks in the world – now more than a half-million strong.

Employers from an impressive range of fields continue to find exceptional talent at Michigan Ross.
